02 / 05 Selective interior tear-out through full structural demolition. Permitted, dust controlled, and hauled clean.
03 / 05 Grading, excavation, trenching, and site prep. Pads cut to plan and compacted for the structure that follows.
04 / 05 Hardscape and softscape construction. Pavers, planters, walkways, irrigation, and finish grading that pulls the project together.
05 / 05 Block walls, brick, stone veneer, and CMU. Built straight, true, and tied to spec.
We come out, walk the site, and listen. Scope, access, schedule, and constraints get logged before anything else.
A clear written scope, a real schedule, and an honest bid. No vague ranges. No surprise change orders.
Safety plan goes up, crew shows up. We self-perform the structural trades and run subs when the scope calls for them.
