We come out, walk the site, and listen. Scope, access, schedule, and constraints get logged before anything else.

Plan & Bid
A clear written scope, a real schedule, and an honest bid. No vague ranges. No surprise change orders.

Mobilize & Build
Safety plan goes up, crew shows up. We self-perform the structural trades and run subs when the scope calls for them.
04
Close & Walk
Site cleaned, punch list closed, final walk with the owner. The deliverable is finished work, not a list of loose ends.
